If you have chosen the path of self implementation, IP Warming can still prove to be that daunting task that makes you question your decision. Let us assist by designing a detailed warming plan customized to the volume and domains of your contacts as well as execution of the daily plan, monitoring, and adjustment as needed. Total duration and cost varies based upon audience volume. 


  • For an audience of 100K or less, you can expect a duration of about 2-3 weeks after plan development and a cost of $2500.  
  • For an audience of 300K, you can expect a duration of about 4-5 weeks and a cost of $4000.


Note that the warming process does require multiple email creatives to be sent over the duration. A wise approach is to build content that is not time sensitive and that might be helpful to new or existing customers such as a prompt to review the preference center, a customer satisfaction survey, or a reminder of available services and offerings. By using this approach, you can build the content initially for IP Warming and convert it to a Welcome Series journey thereafter. If you need assistance with building the email content to be sent and/or creating that journey, we can assist with that as well!

All of these organizations have a large Salesforce footprint with complex business and data models and utilizing standard functionality such as Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio as well as specialized functionality such as Distributed Marketing.
