Deb, with over 25 years in marketing and customer insights, has played crucial roles at Salesforce, including Marketing Cloud Professional Services and Customer Insights. She's a Salesforce-certified expert in creating customer-focused strategies, leveraging CRM analytics and marketing automation to deeply understand customer and employee behavior.
Donna began as an ExactTarget customer in 2008 and joined their Professional Services team in 2011. Her journey through ExactTarget, Salesforce, Cheetah Digital, and working full time and as a subcontractor for other Salesforce partners has allowed her to guide hundreds of customers and consultants on successful project implementations, sharing best practices, platform expertise, and a touch of humor. She has also held contract roles at Caterpillar, Six Flags, and now, Unleashed Brands.
At Unleashed, Deb and Donna implement and co-administer a robust SFMC instance with 500+ business units and 650+ users. They excel at utilizing and teaching functionalities like Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. They also have specialized expertise in quickly setting up new business units, Distributed Marketing, Template Framework development, advanced SQL techniques, and more.
